This Privacy Policy explains how Arventa handles information when you use our public website, contact us, create an account, or use the private accounting application.
Account information may include your name, email address, login and verification information, and the business profile details you choose to provide. Contact-form information includes your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond to your request.
When you use the accounting application, Arventa processes the business records you enter, such as customers, invoices, estimates, income, expenses, products or services, reports, and an uploaded business logo. These records are private application data and are protected by authenticated, owner-scoped access controls.
Arventa uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand use of approved anonymous public website pages. Analytics is loaded only after you select Accept Analytics. Selecting Reject prevents it from loading. We do not use Advanced Consent Mode, cookieless pings, or Analytics on private accounting pages.
With consent, public-page analytics can include a page view with a fixed Arventa page path and title, and parameter-free events for a Pricing link click (pricing_click) or a successfully sent Contact form (generate_lead). The parameter-free sign_up event can run once on the anonymous verification-complete page, and upgrade_click can run once for the real Upgrade control on the authenticated Upgrade page. Both exceptions also require accepted Analytics consent and do not send page views.
Arventa does not send customer names, contact-form contents, email addresses, business names, user IDs, invoice or estimate numbers, subscription or invoice data, plan prices, amounts, other financial values, private accounting data, URLs, query strings, fragments, or referrers with these Analytics events. Google may process technical information associated with Analytics, such as browser, device, network, and approximate location information, according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
The consent popup offers Accept Analytics and Reject. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can withdraw or change it at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the public footer and choosing again. Rejecting stops Arventa from sending further Analytics events; previously collected information may remain subject to Google's retention practices.
We use account and private application data to provide and secure Arventa, operate requested accounting features, administer subscriptions, and support users. We use Contact submissions to answer enquiries. Consent-based Analytics helps us understand public website use. We do not describe private accounting records as Analytics data and do not use robots.txt as an access-control mechanism.
